About US

Daubland's Labradors is a second generation, family owned business, founded by Leroy Daub over 25 years ago. He built the business on the principles of maintaining the high quality English Labrador breed. After retiring in 2014, Leroy passed his business on to his daughter, Amber Weaver. Having grown up in the business, she was taught by her father how to raise, care for, and train the dogs since a very young age.

Amber graduated Delaware Valley University in 2009, with a Bachelors of Science degree in both Large Animal Science & Dairy Science. Amber worked in the animal science field after graduation. Since getting married and starting a family, Amber and her husband, Ladell, made the decision continue the business Leroy started. In 2015, Amber quit her full time job to raise their children and continue the family business. Amber and Ladell enjoy teaching their young children, Wyatt, Mason, and Charlotte, the essentials in caring for our furbabies.

We also are very humbled to be able to donate some of our puppies to K9’s for Warriors! The puppies go through extensive training to become a service dog for one of our nations Veterans! Our latest pup, Winston, is featured below as he is gifted to his Warrior by Channing Tatum!!! We are so proud of our Warrior Dogs and their vets!

Mya and Sarge babies are available now! Born 12/29/23. Winston, who is featured in the video above with Channing Tatum is a full litter mate to Mya and these babies Uncle!

Stella and Sarge babies are now available!! Born January 24!
